Service terms
These temporary terms set out the basic working expectations while the full service terms are being finalised.
Scope comes first
An enquiry does not itself create a booking. The first scope, expected outcome, access needed, timing and price are confirmed separately before paid work begins.
Payments and starts
Where a booking or triage payment is required, the amount and what it covers will be stated before payment. Work starts only after the agreed payment and required access have been confirmed.
Changes to the job
If the issue is larger than the agreed first scope, the immediate work will be contained where practical and any additional phase will be discussed separately.
