This temporary notice explains the information collected through the many2many enquiry form while the full policy is being finalised.

Information we collect

The enquiry form may store your name, company, email address, phone number, issue details, urgency, location, access availability, preferred reply method and the page that led you to the form.

How it is used

The information is used to assess your enquiry, reply to you, agree a possible service and keep short operational notes about its progress. It is not collected for an unrelated mailing list and is not sold.

Access and retention

Enquiries are restricted to authorised administrators and kept only while they are needed for follow-up, service records and applicable business obligations. Account and security cookies may also be used where those features are accessed.

Email [email protected] if you want to ask what is held about your enquiry or request correction or deletion. This interim notice is under review and will be replaced with the full policy.
